Frequently Asked Questions
We require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in your subject area, 2+ years of verified teaching experience, and a clear background check. Specialist certifications (e.g. PGCE, PGDipEd, TEFL) are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
Payments are processed bi-weekly via direct deposit or international wire transfer. Rates are competitive and scale based on student enrolment, session ratings, and tenure. Full rate details are shared during the onboarding stage.
No. We provide a complete, structured curriculum aligned to international standards and rooted in African diaspora heritage. You have the flexibility to personalise delivery within the framework to suit your students' needs.
We currently accept educators in Mathematics, English Literacy, Basic Science, Yoruba, Igbo, African History, French, Civic Education, and Coding Fundamentals. New subject applications are reviewed quarterly.
